The bodies of an LLC

In short, there are no official bodies in the LLC. The only existing title is that of the member. This is the name of the company founder. If there is only one owner, the company will be called a single-member LLC, while an LLC with several owners is called a multi-member LLC.

A distinction is also made between the LLC with member management and manager management. With member management ALL owners are the directors of the business at the same time, while with manager management either individual owners or non-owners hold company directorship positions.
